Three Paterson residents have passed the Certified Patient Care Technician exam, an exam that allows its passer to practice in the field of healthcare, at Dover Business College, a small school located in Clifton.
Ali Alhamayel, Junette Johnson, Jose Gutierrez, Valkeita Howell, Darlin Rozon, and Maynoris Leal-Gonzalez, all Patersonians, have passed the exam; the students are enrolled in the college’s Multi-Level Patient Care Technician.
After graduation they will be able “prepared to work in a variety of healthcare environments, including hospitals, mental health facilities and rehabilitation centers,” according to a spokesperson for the school.
