A woman who was walking near Crosby Avenue on Thursday afternoon was robbed of her chain, according to Paterson Police.

The victim, 52-year-old, was walking near the intersection of Albion and Crosby Avenues, at around 3pm on Thursday, when a man approached her, and snatched her chain from around her neck. The thief then fled the scene.

The suspect, 40 something year old, was described by the victim to be a black male; the elderly woman did not sustain any injuries.
