A man was shot at on Governor Street on Wednesday evening with none of the bullets landing on him, according to Paterson Police.

Leo Edwards, 20-year-old, was the shooter in the incident, who after releasing the flurry of bullet on the target, returned home to 12th Avenue, where police tracked him down and arrested Mr Edwards.

The target and Mr Edwards had a previous dispute that lead to Wednesday night incident. Mr Edwards has been charged with gun possession, and other various drug charges. Police are investigating the incident.
