A man who unleashed a flurry of bullets after midnight on Sunday at a fast food place on Broadway, leaving the shop’s glass storefront shattered, has been arrested, according to Paterson Police Department.
Ricardo Blair, 21-year-old, was involved in an argument with another at the restaurant’s parking lot, at around 12:45 a.m. on Sunday, when for reasons that has yet to be cleared, the individual began shooting — not at the person he was arguing with but — at the store’s glass — breaking it.
The restaurant was open when the incident unfolded; however, no one inside was injured. The suspect was caught by police at around 1:15 a.m., nearby and charged with various weapons offenses. He remains in police lockup.
