A man, who stepped outside of the Passaic County Community College on Saturday evening, was robbed at gunpoint, according to Paterson Police Department.
The victim, a man from Clifton, had just walked out of the school and was near Broadway and Memorial Drive, where the suspect approached him, pointed a gun, demanding everything he had; the victim surrendered his iPhone.
After taking the victim’s phone, the suspect forced him to go to a nearby ATM machine and withdraw money; the suspect complied, and withdrew money from an ATM card, and handed it to the suspect.
The robber, who had a vehicle parked nearby, collected the cash and the phone, and drove off, leaving the victim uninjured.
