Two people were wounded in a drive-by shooting during the early morning hours of Saturday, according to the Paterson Police Department.
The first victim, 18-year-old, and the second victim, 22-year-old, were standing outside a chicken joint on Rosa Parks Boulevard, at around 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, when a vehicle passed by spraying bullets.
The incident unfolded in front of Rosa Parks Chicken near Hamilton Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard.
The first victim received a wound to the shoulder; the second victim was struck in the left leg. Both of them were rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment. The wounded victims are in stable condition.
Police have yet to find suspects in the shooting.
