Police arrest Wild Bull bar owner, charge 18 others with underage drinking

Wild-Bull-Bar-and-Saloon

18 people were charged with underage drinking at the Wild Bull Bar and Saloon during a midnight crackdown at the Buffalo Avenue bar, said police director Jerry Speziale.

The bar’s owner Krassimir Orachev, 59, of Lodi, was arrested for selling alcohol to minors and maintaining a nuisance, said Speziale.

Speziale said a second individual was arrested for obstructing a governmental function.

City police narcotics unit conducted the undercover operation in tandem with the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), the director said.

The bar was closed down, said the director.

“The Paterson Police Department will continue to crack down on all quality-of-life crimes,” said Speziale. “There’s no quality-of-life if our homes and neighborhoods are left unprotected and our children, seniors and residents are left unsafe and subjected to this kind of behavior.”
