A block away from School 13 gunfire erupted on Wednesday afternoon resulting in a vehicle being shot twice.

Police confirmed no one was injured during the incident. The shooting occurred minutes before 4 p.m. on East 22nd Street between Broadway and 14th Avenue. A vehicle with passengers inside took the shots, according to an eye witness.

A resident said students were in after school programs when the shooting occurred.

Police did not release information about the incident.
