Three people were wounded in an early Saturday morning shooting on East 39th Street.

Police respond to a report of shooting on East 39th Street between Vreeland and Market streets at around 5 a.m. Saturday.

Two people were found shot on the scene by police and a third person made it to the hospital through an acquaintance.

The victims were rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.
