Luis D. Reyes, 37, of Beech Street, was arrested on various weapons and drug charges at about 2:30 a.m., said the director.

Reyes’ was hanging about on Main and Weiss Streets when police received notification a gunman was in the area. Detectives from the Narcotics and Ceasefire Units on their weekend crime suppression detail responded to the area and located Reyes who matched the description provided by the informer.
