An alleged city drug dealer with almost four-dozen glassines of heroin was arrested on Monday, said police director Jerry Speziale.

Robert L. Davis, of Van Houten Street, has been charged with various drug offenses, according to police.

Davis was caught at 325 Fair Street, said the director.

Speziale said Davis had 45 glassines of heroin. $253 in suspected drug money was confiscated from Davis.
