The committee lobbying to bring four hall of fames to the Great Falls Historical National Park is hosting a symposium at the Paterson Museum on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. to highlight the economic and cultural benefits of bringing the “Halls to the Falls.”
Four hall of fames – the New Jersey Hall of Fame Annex, the Negro League Baseball Hall of Fame Annex, the New Jersey Inventors Hall of Fame, and the New Jersey Music Hall of Fame – will enhance the appeal of the new national park, argues the committee.
Guest speaker at the symposium will be Don Jay Smith, former executive director the NJ Hall of Fame.
The event is being hosted by prominent city resident Michael Symonds and councilman Andre Sayegh.
Paterson Museum is located at 2 Market Street.
