A city man was arrested on drug charges on Thursday afternoon for allegedly having 258 glassine envelopes of heroin on Godwin Avenue, according to police.

Bernard Marche, 32-year-old, was allegedly dealing drugs in front of 165 Godwin Avenue. Police seized 258 glassine envelopes of heroin, 21 baggies of crack cocaine, and 1 baggie of marijuana, according to police.

Marche was processed and is being held at police lockup.
