A min-market in the city sold a $1 million Powerball lottery ticket, the New Jersey Lottery said on Thursday morning.
W & R Mini Market and Deli on Nagle Street sold the ticket that matched five white balls drawn from last night’s Powerball drawing. Lottery officials said two $1 million winning tickets were sold in New Jersey.
The other one was sold at the L and K Petroleum, 3890 Route 47, Dorchester, in Cumberland County.
There were 26 other winning tickets that matched four white balls winning $50,000 prize. Two of the tickets were bought with Power Play multiplying the prize to $200,000.
