A city man was wounded early Saturday morning in a shooting outside of 291 Hamilton Avenue, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Authorities said the 36-year-old victim was struck at around 12:38 a.m. He got himself to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment, authorities said.
Police received report of gunfire in the area, but a search yielded no victims. Subsequently, police received information a victim had arrived at the hospital seeking medical care.
