A city man was wounded in a shooting on Jasper Street late Monday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police responded to reports of gunfire at the intersection of Jasper Street and Totowa Avenue at around 4:20 p.m. Police found a 30-year-old man suffering from a non-fatal gunshot wound, authorities said.
The victim was rushed to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment. Police continue to investigate the shooting.
