A city man was wounded when gunfire broke out late Sunday afternoon on East 24th Street, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police found the 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound in the driver’s seat of a crashed vehicle on East 24th Street and 17th Avenue at around 4:40 p.m.
The victim was rushed to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment, authorities said.
