Detectives raided a house on Jasper Street on Friday arresting two people and seizing 1,154 glassine envelopes of heroin, according to police director Jerry Speziale.

Police picked up David DiBernard, 54, of Franklin, and Nasheema S. Wilson, 31, of Paterson on drug charges during the raid at 130 Jasper Street.

Wilson was charged with possession, distribution, and intent to distribute in a school zone. A child was found in the house leading to the additional charge of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.

DiBernard had 10 bags of heroin that was purchased from Wilson, who lived on the second floor 130 Jasper Street.

Police confiscated $2,200 in cash from Wilson.
