City schools will be closed on Wednesday due to the impending snowstorm expected to impact the region, according to a Paterson Public Schools announcement.

All after school and evening programs have been cancelled, said the announcement.

School board meeting scheduled for Wednesday has been rescheduled for Thursday night.
