A city man was arrested with 115 baggies of marijuana at the intersection of North 8^th and Temple streets, according to police.

Police charged Kadrique A. Tisdol, 23-year-old, with four drug offenses on Friday, authorities said on Tuesday afternoon.

Tisdol was charged with drug possession, intent to distribute, intent to deal in a school zone, and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
