An alleged drug dealer and a buyer were arrested at the intersection of Union and Paterson avenues, according to police.
Police said Henry Hiemstra, 55, of Paterson, was arrested with 191 glassine envelopes of heroin, 69 Oxycontin, and 14 Valum pills. Authorities confiscated $2,943 in suspected drug proceeds from Hiemstra.
Hiemstra was charged with ten separate drug offenses for possession, distribution, and distribution close to a school and park.
His alleged buyer, Jemmie Kautz, 38, of Paterson, was charged with loitering to commit a drug offense.
Police said the drug bust was conducted on May 8, 2018.
