Speziale said police seized 120 glassines of heroin, 20 baggies of powdered cocaine, and 8 baggies of Molly (MDMA) from the dealer.
Police arrested the alleged dealer, Mark A. Johnson, 25, of Prince Street, and the accused buyer, Wilbert Castillo, 19, of Park Avenue, at about 8:15 p.m. on Park Avenue and East 18th Street.
Johnson was charged with nine drug offenses. Castillo was charged with having a single bag of powdered cocaine, said the director.
Police confiscated $1,659 in drug money from Johnson.
