A city man was wounded in a shooting on Grand Street early Tuesday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 26-year-old, arrived at Joseph’s Regional Medical Center seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound at around 2:57 a.m.
Authorities said the victim was shot on Grand Street. He sought aide from someone with a vehicle and was picked up from the area of Doctor’s Cave Gentlemen’s Club and taken to the hospital.
The victim refused to tell police the location of the shooting, according to a police source. Police later received reports of gunfire in the area of Grand and Spruce streets.
