A juvenile was injured in a shooting on Sherman Avenue early Sunday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victim was struck by gunfire on Sherman and Union avenues at around 1:08 p.m. Police found the victim at the scene and rushed him to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Police said the victim’s injuries are non-fatal.
