A city man has been charged for allegedly violating emergency orders put in place to curb the spread of the new coronavirus by loitering in front of a store, according to authorities.
Wilson Caraballo, 41-year-old, was charged on Friday. He was warned by police as he allegedly loitered outside a store at 300 Main Street. He had no reason for being there and was warned several times, authorities said.
Caraballo could face $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
