Paterson man wounded in Carroll Street shooting


A city man was wounded in a shooting on Carroll Street on Saturday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victim, 34-year-old, was wounded when shots were fired in the area of Carroll Street at around 9:40 p.m.

Police said the victim arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.

Two other men were injured in shootings Saturday night into Sunday morning.
