A city man was injured in a shooting on 17^th Avenue late Tuesday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victim, 22-year-old, was shot at around 4:47 p.m. on 17^th Avenue and East 28^th Street. He arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center seeking treatment for multiple gunshot wounds.

Authorities said the victim’s injuries are not fatal.
