A man and a woman were wounded in a shooting on Market Street early Sunday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victims, 25-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, both Paterson residents, were stuck by gunfire at around 1:50 a.m. in the area of Market and Madison streets.
Police arrived at the scene and found the victims suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds. Both victims were rushed to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
