Two men and a woman were wounded in a broad daylight shooting on 10th Avenue, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victims — 63-year-old Paterson man, 40-year-old Passaic City woman, and a 39-year-old Paterson man – were struck by gunfire in the area of 10th Avenue and East 26th Street at around 2:50 p.m. on Monday.

Police located the 39-year-old and the 63-year-old at the scene suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds. As police officers were canvasing the area, the 40-year-old victim flagged them down. She was also suffering from a non-fatal gunshot wound.

All three victims were rushed to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment. One remains in critical condition, police said.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Paterson Police Ceasefire Unit at 973-321-1342
