The police cheif, family members, and friends of known gunmen aren't doing enough. Lets not forget about the mayor who controls PPD. We will be voting him out.

The Mayor cant change anything, we need to change the 4th amendment so we can do stop and frisk . We need to get rid of charters who have hiked our taxes 25% in 2 years, and the corrupt BOE, put Education under mayoral control , get property taxes in order , start developing those old tenements around the Train station like they are in South Paterson, so you start attracting commuters and let the gentrification start from there. Gentrification is the only way to clean up a place , look at Brooklyn, the other way is vigilante death squads

if you think by voting the mayor out is going to stop this you are more nutty than him. if you care so much organize the community again this.

GENTRIFICATION WILL NOT WORK IN PATERSON, THEY TRIED IT ON THE GREAT FALLS AREA AND IT DIDN'T WORK BECAUSE OF CRIME AND BESIDES, PATERSON HAS NOTHING TO OFFER LIKE OTHER PLACES FOR PEOPLE TO COME, NO NIGHTLIFE, JUST NO ATTRACTIONS, CHANGE THE LEADERSHIP TO SOMEONE WHO WILL BRING PATERSON INTO THE 21ST CENTURY, LIKE I SAID BEFORE, GENTRIFICATION WILL NOT WORK IN PATERSON, IF THE LEADERSHIP DOESN'T CHANGE……NOTHING WILL WORK IN HOODED OUT PATERSON.
