Paterson man in critical condition after being shot on 9th Avenue

A city man was wounded in a shooting on 9th Avenue on Friday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victim, 31-year-old, was struck by gunfire on 9th and Madison avenues at around 8:59 p.m., police said.

Police said the victim sustained a single gunshot wound. He was taken to Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.

The victim is in critical condition.

Detectives located the crime scene in the area and continue to investigate the incident. Anyone with information is asked to call the Paterson Police Ceasefire Unit at 973-321-1342.

    I agree with u. South Patersonians will vote because of Muslim religion 97%, Hispanics 70% will vote for Hispanic just because, and blacks 97% will vote for black candidate no matter what the pros and cons were. Obama had no track record, never ran anything but yet 97% of blacks voted for him simply because it's the ting to do. Me being Hispanic vote for whoever I think is best, no matter what color they are. I am an American First policy guy. Too many in this country need help and.guidance first before we send billions throughout the world and especially to nations that litterally hate us or.dont stand with us.
