A city man has been charged with arson for his alleged role in a fire on Market Street late Monday night.
Giancarick Carbonell, 32-year-old, has been charged with second-degree aggravated arson. Authorities alleged he was involved in a fire that occurred at 215 Market Street at around 10:15 p.m.
Firefighters responded to the two-story commercial building. Fire did not affect other structures and no one was injured.
Carbonell could face a maximum of 10 years in state prison if convicted.
