A city man was wounded in a shooting in the area of Park Avenue and East 23^rd Street late Tuesday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victim, 23-year-old, was located on 15^th Avenue and East 21^st Street at around 5:37 p.m. He sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound. He was rushed to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center, authorities said.

Police located a crime scene on Park Avenue and East 23rd Street.
