Two women were wounded in a shooting on Park Avenue late Thursday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victims, 32-year-old Elizabeth woman and 26-year-old Paterson woman, were struck by gunfire at around 4:54 p.m. on Park Avenue and Carroll Street.

Both victims sustained non-fatal gunshot injuries. They were rushed to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
