Two people shot at Paterson’s Eastside Park

Two people were wounded in a drive-by shooting at Eastside Park early Monday evening.

Both victims arrived at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment just before 7:30 p.m.

Police located a crime scene by the lower fields at the park and were investigating the incident.

Authorities have not released details about the incident.

    It's time for Passaic County to take over Eastside Park, allowing the PPD officers to patrol the dangerous streets of Paterson. The streets are out of control with drugs, guns, prostitutes, the homeless, unlicensed motorbike/dirtbike drivers, muggings, and more. Take Paterson back!

    They should really consider giving that dump to the sheriff department in hopes that they can clean it up. Right now you really have to be out of your mind to take your kids there.
