A man from Clifton was wounded in a drive-by shooting in Paterson late Saturday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 23-year-old, was in a parked car on Godwin Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard at around 10:45 p.m. when an occupant of a passing vehicle began shooting at him, according to authorities. The victim was struck several times.
He arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center via private vehicle seeking treatment for multiple non-fatal gunshot wounds.
