A city man was killed in a shooting on East 19th Street on Tuesday evening, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Juan Soto, 43-year-old, was found lying on the street in front of 495 East 19th Street at around 6:02 p.m. with an apparent gunshot wound.

Soto was taken to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
