Paterson police arrest woman, seize pills, gun, and almost $113,000 cash in Butler Street raid

The police raided a second-floor apartment of a Butler Street house, arresting a woman, seizing hundreds of pills, and recovering $112,788 cash, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.

Connie Rivera, 51, of Paterson, has been charged with numerous drugs and weapons offenses. Police raided the second floor of 63 Butler Street on Thursday. They also searched her vehicle, a 2021 Lexus NX3.

Insider her apartment, police recovered 790 Percocet, 555 Xanax, 302 Oxycodone pills. They also found a loose quantity of cocaine, a loaded FEG SMC .380 handgun, and 6 .380 caliber rounds.

Police also confiscated $112,788 cash.

Rivera is being held at the Passaic County Jail.
