Paterson resident suffers non-fatal gunshot wound in East 22nd Street shooting

A 32-year-old resident of Paterson arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center on Sunday at approximately 2:47 p.m. seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.

According to a preliminary investigation, the shooting occurred in the area of East 22nd Street and 12 Avenue in Paterson, police said.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing and active. Anyone with additional information should contact Paterson Police Ceasefire Unit at 973-321-1342.

They need these in places where the open air drug markets are ..12th ave and east 22nd, Rosa Parks and Godwin, North Main and Jefferson etc
