A Hudson County man was wounded in a shooting in Paterson early Sunday morning.

The victim, 34, of Secaucus, was struck by gunfire on Market and Pennington streets at around 2:23 a.m.

Police said the victim sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound and was taken to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
