A 20-year-old man was injured in a shooting incident on Friday evening.

Police officers were dispatched to the intersection of Broadway and Washington Street at approximately 6:28 p.m. following reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, law enforcement officials found the young man with a non-fatal gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for medical treatment. The condition of the victim has not been disclosed, but the wound was reported as non-life-threatening.
