A massage therapist has been charged with second-degree sexual assault following an investigation into an incident at the Hand and Stone Spa in Franklin Lakes, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

Kewin Sepulveda, 29, of Paterson, was arrested in Paramus on Thursday.

The Franklin Lakes Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit initiated the investigation after receiving a report on Saturday, January 13, about the alleged incident that occurred the previous day.

Sepulveda allegedly engaged in sexual activity with the victim while giving a massage at the Hand and Stone Spa.

Sepulveda is currently held at the Bergen County Jail and is scheduled for his first court appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
