Authorities in Passaic County have discovered the body of a 42-year-old man in Garrett Mountain Reservation in Paterson, officials announced Thursday.

The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the find, made around 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, along with the decedent’s vehicle nearby.

Officials have not yet released the identity of the man as the investigation remains active. However, they have indicated that there are currently no suspects being sought in connection with the death, and they believe there is no imminent danger to the public surrounding this incident.
