Two men were hospitalized after being shot in the area of Market Street and Summer Street in Paterson at approximately 3:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Police, responding to the scene, located the victims who had sustained gunshot wounds.

The injured parties, a 37-year-old and a 24-year-old, both residents of Paterson, were transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. A potential crime scene was identified nearby by the authorities.
