Incumbents Michael Jackson, Shahin Khalique, Alex Mendez, Ruby Cotton, Luis Velez, and Al Abdelaziz won re-election in the Paterson municipal elections on Tuesday, according to unofficial ballot counts.

Votes from 68 of 68 districts were counted by late Tuesday night. Tallies include partial mail-in vote count.

Both the 2nd and 3rd Ward races are likely to be impacted by the counting of mail-in ballots.
