Police responded to a shooting on Rosa Parks Boulevard and East 18th Street on Monday, locating a 26-year-old male victim from Paterson.

The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment of non-fatal gunshot wounds. Authorities identified a potential crime scene in the area.
