Sanabria was indicted on one count of third-degree terroristic threats, one count of fourth-degree cyber harassment, and one count of fourth-degree stalking.

Sanabria has been with the Paterson police for more than seven years.

If convicted, Sanabria faces a potential prison sentence of three to five years for the third-degree terroristic threats charge, and up to 18 months for each of the fourth-degree charges of cyber harassment and stalking.
