On November 3rd, 2012, there were more than 14,000 Patersonians without power. Today, that number is zero. According to the latest update provided by PSE&G there are zero customers in Paterson without electricity.

It took the company more than a week to restore power, but it finally succeeded. As the nor’easter passes through Paterson with expected snowfall of 3-5 inches and wind gust up to 40 mph or more there could be few outages.

The power outages were caused by the powerful winds associated with Hurricane Sandy.
