Two people were arrested in a drug raid at a Grove Street home on Wednesday afternoon, said police director Jerry Speziale.
Police raided 25 Grove Street arresting Michael J. Beydoun, 27; Shavon J. Herald, 31; and Shawn Herald, 33. The three individuals reside in the home that was raided at about 2 p.m., said the director.
All three have been charged with possession of 606 grams of marijuana. The three were also charged with intent to distribute, deal near a school and a park.
The director said the raid came about due to resident complaints. This is the second drug raid at the residence. Beydoun was previously arrested following a raid in July, according to police.
The two Heralds are sister and brother respectively.
“Collaboration with the community continues to-yield results and stabilize our neighborhoods,” said Speziale. “Together we will rid our city streets of drugs and the criminal elements.”
