Paterson man, who arrived at St. Joe’s for treatment, wasn’t shot, authorities say

A city man who arrived at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center early Sunday morning seeking treatment was not injured in a shooting, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

The victim, 24-year-old, was not a victim of a gunshot wound, authorities said on Sunday evening. He had arrived at the hospital at 3:30 a.m.

There was no evidence of gunfire in the area of Market Street and Lakeview Avenue, authorities determined following an investigation.

Authorities did not release any other information about the incident. The investigation remains active and ongoing, authorities said.

    Filing a false police report cannot be tried. Jussie Smollet wasnt.tried and hes case caused hundreds of thousands of dollars.and.a community uproar. So this guy cannot be charged.
